Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team in a Project Manager capacity. This individual will play a key role in leading projects, managing internal teams, and serving as a trusted partner to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage land development projects from concept through completion
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Serve as the primary client point of contact
• Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and scopes
• Coordinate across internal teams (civil, surveying, planning, environmental)
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
• Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
• Support business development efforts

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
• 5–10+ years of land development / civil engineering experience
• Proven project, team, and client management experience
• Strong knowledge of site design, grading, drainage, and utilities
• Experience with project financials, budgeting, and proposals
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong communication and leadership skills
