Real Estate Associate 4-7 Years - West Los Angeles

A sophisticated Westside Los Angeles law firm is seeking a mid-level transactional real estate associate to join its growing team. You'll draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and joint venture and operating agreements, and run deals from start to finish. The firm offers sophisticated deal work, quality of life, and a team-oriented culture, with a hybrid schedule.

Requirements:

• 4 to 7 years of transactional real estate experience
• California bar admission
• Strong academic credentials
