Corporate M&A Partner - Los Angeles

A sophisticated Westside Los Angeles law firm is seeking a senior Corporate M&A Partner. You'll lead complex mergers and acquisitions and advise clients on corporate transactions from start to close. The firm pairs high-level deal work with quality of life, on a hybrid schedule, and no book of business is required.

Requirements:

• Extensive senior-level M&A experience
• California bar admission
• No book of business required
