Mid-Level Corporate Attorney: Sophisticated Deal Work with Hybrid Flexibility in Downtown Los Angeles

Our client, a prestigious law firm with a thriving Los Angeles corporate practice, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience. The group advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and emerging businesses on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general corporate matters.

This is a hybrid role based in downtown Los Angeles, with a schedule that balances in-office collaboration and remote work.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, merger agreements, and ancillary documents
• Lead due diligence and manage signing and closing processes
• Advise clients on entity formation, governance, and commercial contracts
• Support venture capital and private equity financings
• Supervise junior associates and coordinate with tax, employment, and IP colleagues

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm
• M&A experience strongly preferred
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to run transactions with minimal supervision
