Senior Counsel | Business Litigation | Hybrid | California

A growing, multi-office law firm headquartered in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its high-performing Business Litigation team. This is a strategic hire for an experienced litigator ready to take on a leadership-level role—owning complex matters, guiding case strategy, and mentoring junior attorneys—within a firm that combines sophisticated work with a collaborative, team-driven culture.

What They’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of business/general litigation experience
• Proven ability to independently manage complex matters and drive strategy
• Strong courtroom presence, writing, and advocacy skills
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior attorneys is a plus
• Ability to balance multiple high-level priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Licensed and in good standing in California
