Associate Attorney – Personal Injury Defense (1+ Years)
Locations: Irvine, CA | Los Angeles, CA | San Diego, CA
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote (based on experience)

A growing, well-regarded defense firm is seeking a Personal Injury Defense Associate with 1+ years of experience to join its California team. This is a strong opportunity for an early-career attorney to gain hands-on litigation experience with mentorship, flexibility, and a clear path for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Handle personal injury defense matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Manage written discovery and document production
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses
• Attend court appearances, hearings, and mediations
• Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of litigation experience (platiniff or defense background)
• Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently
