A rapidly growing, globally recognized premium pet food company to hire a Logistics Operations Coordinator. This is a high-visibility role supporting day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations for an international brand that blends 200+ years of heritage with aggressive U.S. expansion.

What You’ll Do

• Process purchase orders, invoices, and customer orders
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Manage inventory documentation and logistics tracking
• Handle export paperwork and customs-related documentation
• Communicate with vendors, 3PL providers, and shipping carriers
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, accounting, and customer service

What You Bring

• 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, transportation, or supply chain
• Experience with purchase orders, shipments, or order processing
• Familiarity with 3PLs, distribution, or shipping carriers
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Bonus points for:
  • QuickBooks or accounting exposure
  • EDI / SPS Commerce experience
  • Import/export or customs documentation
