Associate Attorney (0–3+ Years) – Civil Litigation
location- Los Angeles, California 

A well-established, AV-rated California litigation firm is seeking a junior Associate Attorney (0–3+ years) to join its growing team. This firm is known for its strong reputation in insurance defense and complex civil litigation, representing Fortune 500 companies, insurance carriers, and businesses across a wide range of industries.

Practice Areas Include:

• Insurance defense & coverage
• General liability, premises liability, and personal injury
• Employment litigation
• Construction defect, product liability, and professional liability
• Business and commercial litigation

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy analyses
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters

Qualifications:

• 0–3+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense or civil litigation preferred)
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• California Bar admission required
