About the firm

We are working with a highly regarded Southern California litigation boutique founded more than 20 years ago. It has grown almost entirely through referrals. The firm represents contractors, manufacturers, design professionals, insurers and businesses throughout Southern California, from complex construction defect cases to business contract disputes.

The opportunity

The firm is adding a civil litigation associate to its Orange County office, with at least one year of experience. Defense experience is preferred, but plaintiff-side candidates will be considered. You'll have hands-on mentorship from the founding partner, who is regarded as one of the top trial lawyers in California, and from the firm's team of partners. It's an ideal spot for someone who wants to become a true trial lawyer.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of civil litigation experience (defense preferred, plaintiff considered)
• Active California Bar membership
• A team player who wants to grow as a trial attorney

Details

• Location: Mission Viejo, CA (fully on-site)
• Compensation: $125,000+, depending on experience
