A well-established law firm is looking to add an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to its practice. The attorney will represent schools, businesses and municipalities in a broad range of employment and labor matters, with a focus on defense work.

The Practice

  • Employment litigation and administrative matters
  • Labor and employment counseling
  • Wage and hour issues
  • Employment discrimination and harassment claims
  • Wrongful termination and workplace disputes
  • Labor relations and union matters
  • Employment policies, handbooks and agreements
  • Representation of schools, municipalities and private businesses

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of Labor & Employment experience
  • Experience representing employers in defense matters
  • Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
  • Comfortable handling matters independently while working with a team
  • Strong client communication and counseling skills
  • Excellent academic credentials preferred
  • Bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction
