Civil Litigation Attorney: Diverse Trial Practice with Hybrid Flexibility in Pasadena

Our client, a highly regarded Southern California litigation firm, is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Pasadena office. The team handles a broad mix of contract, business tort, real property, and professional liability matters for companies and individuals in state and federal courts.

This is a hybrid position. You will split your week between the Pasadena office and home.

What You'll Do

• Manage a varied civil litigation caseload from intake through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and mediation briefs
• Take and defend depositions and argue law and motion matters
• Work directly with clients to develop practical case strategies
• Support trial preparation, including witness and exhibit work

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience in California
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Comfort working on a hybrid schedule
