Family Law Attorney: Hybrid Flexibility and Rewarding Work in Pasadena

We are working with a California firm specializing in family law that is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of experience for its Pasadena office.

This is a hybrid role. You will collaborate in the Pasadena office for hearings, client meetings, and team work, with remote days for drafting and case preparation. The firm values work-life balance alongside excellent client service.

What You'll Do

• Assist supervising attorneys and independently manage family law matters
• Prepare letters, pleadings, financial disclosures, and mediation and trial briefs
• Handle discovery, meet-and-confer efforts, and discovery motions
• Prepare for depositions, evidentiary hearings, and trial
• Communicate clearly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive memoranda

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 2+ years of family law experience
• Strong drafting and courtroom preparation skills
• Excellent client service and communication abilities
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule based in the Pasadena area
