We’re partnering with a highly respected architecture firm seeking a Job Captain who thrives at the intersection of technical execution and team leadership. This is a pivotal role where you’ll take ownership of construction documents, guide production teams, and ensure projects move forward with precision and efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the production of construction documents from design development through completion
- Oversee and mentor junior staff and drafting teams
- Manage Revit/CAD workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
- Coordinate across disciplines (MEP, structural, civil) to ensure seamless integration
- Partner with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with client expectations
- Maintain and enforce firm standards, QA/QC processes, and documentation quality
- Assist with technical problem-solving and design detailing
What You Bring
- 5–10+ years of experience in architecture (commercial, mixed-use, or similar project types preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Revit (required); AutoCAD and other tools a plus
- Proven experience producing and coordinating construction documents
- Ability to lead production teams and mentor junior staff
- Strong understanding of building codes, detailing, and technical design
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate design into buildable solutions
- Progress toward licensure or licensed architect (preferred, not required)
