A prominent and well-established San Diego law firm is actively seeking a mid-level Employment Litigation Associate to join its growing defense practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with at least 3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and is looking to grow within a supportive and high-performing team.
The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office), a competitive salary range of $120,000–$230,000, and a full suite of top-tier benefits.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years handling employment litigation matters, preferably defending employers in wage/hour, discrimination, wrongful termination, and other workplace disputes
Skillset: Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy abilities
Licensed: Active member of the California Bar in good standing
