Real Estate Transactional Attorney – California (Remote or Hybrid)

A growing boutique law firm is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys managing transactions from start to finish, working directly with clients, and handling sophisticated real estate matters in a flexible, supportive environment. Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate residential and commercial real estate agreements and related transaction documents
  • Oversee transactions from contract execution through closing
  • Review title reports, surveys, and resolve title-related issues
  • Analyze closing documents, escrow instructions, and settlement statements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and transaction participants
  • Provide practical legal guidance regarding transactional risks and business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with California real estate laws and regulations
  • Assist with post-closing matters and ongoing client needs

Qualifications

  • Active California Bar license in good standing
  • 3+ years of real estate transactional experience
  • Strong knowledge of California real estate contracts and closing processes
  • Ability to independently manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
