Associate Attorney | Civil Litigation | Irvine or San Diego, CA

A well-established mid-sized litigation firm is seeking Associate Attorneys to join its growing teams in Irvine and San Diego. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to gain hands-on litigation experience in a supportive environment that emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and long-term growth. The firm is known for giving associates meaningful responsibility early in their careers, including direct exposure to trials and client matters.

Attorneys will work on a diverse civil litigation caseload that may include personal injury, business litigation, construction defect, employment, premises liability, product liability, real estate disputes, HOA matters, probate litigation, wrongful death, and related matters.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–8 years of civil litigation experience
  • Personal injury defense experience preferred, but strong general civil litigation experience will be considered
  • Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing in California
