A growing litigation practice is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience to join its San Diego office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in complex, high-level litigation with meaningful courtroom exposure and hands-on case responsibility. The role involves working on sophisticated matters in both state and federal courts, including antitrust, class action, and other complex commercial disputes. The position offers direct involvement in all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial, along with client interaction and substantive courtroom experience.
