Plaintiff Class Action Attorney – Complex Litigation (Remote)

A nationally recognized plaintiff-side law firm is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Class Action Attorney to join its complex litigation team. This role can be hybrid or remote, depending on the attorney’s preference. The position involves sophisticated plaintiff-side matters including class actions, product liability, data privacy, and cases involving public entities. This is not a high-volume practice, with attorneys typically managing a smaller docket of high-value, high-impact cases (approximately 5 matters at a time).

Requirements

• 6–10 years of litigation experience
• Plaintiff-side experience required
• Background in class action and/or complex litigation strongly preferred
• Experience with product liability, data privacy, or public entity work a plus
• Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills
• Ability to handle complex matters independently
