We’re working with a respected, well-established architectural signage manufacturer seeking a Signage Sales Representative to drive business development and client relationships across Florida.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for wayfinding signage packages and a strong network of end users, architects, designers, facility managers, and GCs.
πΌ Signage Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Represent the company as the go-to provider for architectural signage and display solutions in your territory.
Pursue new business and develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers across sectors like higher education, healthcare, government, and corporate.
Prepare proposals, budgets, samples, and documentation to support the sales process.
π§ What You Bring As A Signage Sales Representative:
Proven sales experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of the architectural signage or wayfinding industry.
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specs, and bid documents.
Strong organizational and time management skills — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
π° Signage Sales Representative Compensation & Benefits:
Draw + Commission structure to support ramp-up and territory development
Sliding scale commission plan starting at 10% and up to 15%
