Position Overview: The Concrete Construction Project Executive will oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage concrete construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting as needed.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project status and address any issues that arise.
• Mentor and support project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in concrete construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale concrete projects.
• Strong understanding of concrete materials, methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
