Employment Law Partner

A well-respected law firm in California is seeking an Employment Law Partner to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney with a strong background in employment law to take on a leadership role within a highly regarded practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex employment law matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, wrongful termination, workplace investigations, and class action defense.

  • Oversee and mentor junior attorneys while managing a diverse caseload.

  • Develop and maintain client relationships, providing strategic counsel to employers on compliance with federal and state labor laws.

  • Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings before agencies such as the EEOC, DFEH, and DLSE.

  • Contribute to the firm’s growth through business development and client acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of employment law experience, with a strong background in litigation and counseling.

  • California Bar admission is required.

  • Proven track record of managing cases independently and leading a team.

  • Strong business development skills with a portable book of business (preferred but not required).

  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
