Represent clients in insurance defense cases throughout all stages of litigation.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare detailed memoranda on complex issues.
Advocate for clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and clients.
Negotiate settlements and manage case files efficiently.
Provide timely legal advice and updates to clients.
Stay current on relevant legal developments and industry trends.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
California Bar admission (required).
3+ years of experience in insurance defense or a related litigation practice.
Strong litigation skills, including case strategy, depositions, and motion practice.
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
