Securities Litigation Attorney: Fully Remote Role with a Respected San Francisco Firm

Our client, a respected San Francisco litigation firm, is seeking a Securities Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience. The team handles securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, SEC investigations, and complex financial disputes for public companies, directors, officers, and financial institutions.

This is a remote role. You will work from home with regular virtual collaboration, and occasional travel for depositions, hearings, or trial as needed.

What You'll Do

• Litigate securities class actions and shareholder derivative matters
• Draft motions to dismiss, briefs, and discovery
• Support regulatory investigations and internal reviews
• Take and defend depositions of witnesses and experts
• Analyze financial documents and work closely with economic experts

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of securities or complex commercial litigation experience
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and productive in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel for key case events
