Corporate Associate Attorney – San Francisco, CA

A highly regarded boutique law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated transactional practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on high-level corporate matters, gain direct client exposure, and build a long-term career within a partnership-track environment.

The practice offers a diverse mix of transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, emerging growth companies, private investment funds, corporate governance, and general business counseling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions
• Advise clients on corporate governance and general business matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents
• Counsel emerging growth companies through various stages of development
• Support securities law compliance and corporate financing transactions
• Work closely with clients, investors, developers, and business stakeholders

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 2–5 years of corporate transactional experience
• Experience with M&A, securities law, and general corporate matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $230,000–$310,000 DOE
