Litigation Associate Attorney – San Francisco, CA

A highly regarded boutique law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of civil litigation experience to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking hands-on experience with sophisticated litigation matters, including business disputes, trust and estate litigation, contract disputes, partnership conflicts, intellectual property matters, and other complex civil litigation cases.

Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related filings
  • Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses
  • Draft and respond to written discovery
  • Assist with case strategy, motion practice, and litigation management
  • Manage deadlines, court filings, and case schedules
  • Work on a variety of complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution

Qualifications

  • Active California Bar license in good standing
  • 2–3 years of civil litigation experience
  • Strong experience with pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $230,000–$245,000 DOE
