Senior Litigation Associate Attorney – San Francisco, CA

A highly respected boutique law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 6–7 years of civil litigation experience who is looking to take on substantial responsibility, work directly with clients, and handle complex disputes in a collaborative, high-level environment. The practice includes a broad range of litigation matters, including complex business disputes, partnership and corporate conflicts, trust litigation, contract disputes, intellectual property matters, and other sophisticated civil litigation cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters through all phases of the case
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other court filings
• Draft and respond to written discovery
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Manage case deadlines and litigation schedules
• Participate in depositions, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation
• Work closely with clients and partners on complex litigation matters

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 6–7 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and case management
• Deposition, arbitration, trial preparation, and courtroom experience preferred
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong academic credentials

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $330,000–$350,000 DOE
