Our Corporate Group is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 2+ years of solid corporate transactional, M&A, and securities law experience. This is a rare, partnership-track opportunity to join a sophisticated practice that manages high-value, complex matters while offering meaningful client contact and accelerated professional development.
The Corporate Group maintains an active and diverse practice. As an associate, you will advise clients on a wide variety of corporate transactional and counseling matters, including:
Assisting on substantial buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Advising startups and emerging growth companies from formation through exit.
Assisting with the formation and structuring of private investment funds.
Handling securities law counseling, corporate governance, and general commercial counseling.
Navigating IP transactional matters and licensing agreements.
2+ years of dedicated corporate transactional experience within a reputable law firm.
Strong foundational knowledge of M&A, securities laws, and general corporate counseling.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
High academic credentials and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar (or willingness to become admitted).
A proactive professional with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Anticipated Base Salary Wage Range: $225,000 to $300,000 (DOE & other factors)
