Position Overview

Our Litigation Department is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 2 to 3 years of meaningful civil litigation experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for a junior attorney to join a sophisticated practice, take on immediate responsibility, and look forward to a rewarding career path with direct mentorship from leading practitioners.

Scope of Practice

The litigation team maintains an active and diverse practice. As an associate, you will work on a wide variety of substantive, high-value civil litigation matters, including:

• Complex commercial litigation

• Trust and estate disputes

• Corporate and partnership disputes

• Contract disputes

• Intellectual property disputes

Candidate Qualifications

• 2+ years of meaningful experience in civil litigation within a reputable law firm environment.

• Proven experience drafting pleadings and motions, drafting and responding to written discovery, and managing case schedules and deadlines.

• Demonstrably superior legal research and writing skills.

• Superior academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar (or willingness to become admitted).

Compensation & Benefits

• Anticipated Base Salary Wage Range: $225,000 to $250,000 (DOE)
