Position Overview
Our Litigation Department is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 2 to 3 years of meaningful civil litigation experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for a junior attorney to join a sophisticated practice, take on immediate responsibility, and look forward to a rewarding career path with direct mentorship from leading practitioners.
Scope of Practice
The litigation team maintains an active and diverse practice. As an associate, you will work on a wide variety of substantive, high-value civil litigation matters, including:
Complex commercial litigation
Trust and estate disputes
Corporate and partnership disputes
Contract disputes
Intellectual property disputes
Candidate Qualifications
2+ years of meaningful experience in civil litigation within a reputable law firm environment.
Proven experience drafting pleadings and motions, drafting and responding to written discovery, and managing case schedules and deadlines.
Demonstrably superior legal research and writing skills.
Superior academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar (or willingness to become admitted).
Compensation & Benefits
Anticipated Base Salary Wage Range: $225,000 to $250,000 (DOE)
