I'm partnering with a growing boutique law firm in Orange County or Torrance, CA that is looking to add an Associate Attorney to its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working closely with experienced partners, wants hands-on litigation experience, and appreciates a collaborative, down-to-earth culture.

• Attorney & Accountant Malpractice Defense

🔹 What They're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of insurance defense litigation experience
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Someone who enjoys working closely with a small team
• An attorney eager to learn, develop, and take ownership of their cases

📈 Compensation & Benefits:

• 1,700 billable hour requirement
• Transparent bonus structure for hours billed beyond 1,700
• Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications

🏠 Hybrid Schedule:
The position begins with approximately four days per week in the office during onboarding and training. As trust and independence are established, the schedule becomes increasingly flexible based on performance and work style.
