Confidential Opportunity | Senior Trial Attorney – California

A highly respected and litigation-focused California firm is seeking a Senior Associate Trial Attorney to join its growing team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned litigator who enjoys taking ownership of complex cases, developing winning strategies, and stepping confidently into the courtroom.

The ideal candidate is a polished and driven trial attorney with substantial experience handling sophisticated civil litigation matters from inception through verdict. Attorneys with backgrounds in personal injury, insurance defense, or business litigation are highly encouraged to apply.

This role is hybrid after the initial 3 month onboarding period.

What You’ll Handle:
• Lead complex litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle
• Develop and execute strategic case plans
• Take and defend depositions, manage court appearances, and prepare witnesses
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and trial-related filings
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
• Work directly with clients while collaborating with a strong litigation team

Ideal Background:
• 10–15 years of civil litigation experience
• Significant trial experience, with first-chair jury trial exposure preferred
• Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing cases independently
• Active California Bar membership in good standing

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive compensation ranging from $160,000–$240,000 DOE
