What You’ll Be Doing
• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents
• Representing clients throughout various stages of litigation and legal proceedings
• Conducting legal analysis and helping develop creative case strategies
• Participating in negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions
• Working closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated and dynamic matters
• Managing deadlines and contributing to successful case outcomes
What They’re Looking For
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• 1–5 years of litigation experience
• Experience in personal injury, construction defect, or employment law is a plus
• Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A polished communicator with a client-service mindset and strong professional presence
