Senior Associate Trial Attorney – Woodland Hills, CA

A respected boutique litigation firm focused on insurance defense, personal injury, construction defect, employment, and business litigation is seeking a Senior Associate Trial Attorney to join its Woodland Hills office. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator looking for high-level case responsibility, strong trial work, and long-term growth within a collaborative and stable practice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial and resolution
  • Develop and execute litigation and trial strategy
  • Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial documents
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and litigation teams
  • Lead settlement negotiations and trial preparation

Qualifications

  • Active California Bar license in good standing
  • 10–15 years of civil litigation experience
  • Strong trial background, including first-chair experience preferred
  • Experience in insurance defense, personal injury, or business litigation preferred
  • Excellent writing, advocacy, and case management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
