What You'll Do

  • Lead civil engineering and land development projects from concept through completion.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Oversee site design, grading, stormwater, water, and wastewater projects.
  • Review plans, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.
  • Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • 6+ years of civil engineering/project management experience.
  • Land development and site design experience.
  • AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
