CONFIDENTIAL OPPORTUNITY – Project Manager (Luxury Residential Construction)

We are a respected, privately held builder specializing in ultra-luxury custom residences valued at $25M+. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our team. This is a confidential search to help us continue delivering one-of-a-kind homes for highly discerning clients.


Project Manager – Full Time
You will lead the office-side management of these extraordinary projects, collaborating closely with a dedicated Superintendent who oversees field execution. This is a hands-on role that goes far beyond paperwork. You will:

  • Protect and realize the design vision at every stage
  • Proactively fill gaps and solve complex construction challenges
  • Oversee budgets, contracts, submittals, and schedule adherence
  • Build trusted relationships with architects, consultants, and owners
  • Uphold a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration

 Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience managing high-end residential projects of $25M+
  • A reputation as a true builder, not just a construction manager
  • Strong field sense and the ability to co-manage seamlessly with a Superintendent
  • Professional, polished communication style appropriate for elite clientele
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest-quality product
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring and learning
