Data Privacy Attorney – Denver or Boulder, CO (Remote in Colorado Possible)

Want sophisticated privacy work without the Big Law grind? A respected Colorado firm is adding a Data Privacy Attorney to advise clients on compliance, governance, and incident response, with no litigation. Work from Denver, Boulder, or anywhere in Colorado.

What You'll Do

• Counsel clients on privacy compliance under GDPR, CCPA, and state privacy and AI laws
• Draft privacy policies and build governance programs
• Lead breach preparedness and incident response
• Negotiate privacy and AI terms in DPAs, SaaS, and licensing agreements
• Support M&A deals with privacy diligence

What You Bring

• 4+ years of privacy advisory and incident response experience at a top national or AmLaw firm, or a sophisticated in-house team
• Colorado bar admission, or willingness to obtain it
• Tech, ad tech, or SaaS client experience a plus
