Job Description

A community bank in Parker is confidentially hiring an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to serve homebuyers in Parker and eastern Douglas County. You'll guide purchase and refinance clients from application through closing, backed by a bank that keeps decisions local.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with borrowers and walk them through their mortgage options
• Assist clients with completing loan applications
• Review credit reports and evaluate risk
• Approve or decline applications within lending guidelines
• Visit properties when needed
• Keep a close eye on the local housing market
• Develop referral relationships with realtors and builders

Qualifications:

• Local mortgage lending experience
• Working knowledge of FHA, VA, and Fannie Mae guidelines
• Comfortable with MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
• 5+ years of mortgage experience preferred
