Job Description

A community bank in Alamosa is looking for a Branch Manager to lead its office and serve customers across the San Luis Valley. You'll guide a small team, grow deposits and loans, and be a familiar face in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and support branch staff
• Build deposit and loan relationships across the valley
• Handle consumer, small business, and occasional ag loan requests
• Keep branch operations running smoothly and in line with policy and regulations
• Provide strong customer service and recommend the right bank products
• Represent the bank at community events and local organizations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of banking experience, including supervisory or lending work
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ag or small business lending exposure is helpful
• Organized and comfortable wearing many hats
