This professional will oversee a team of loan administrators and consumer lenders

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Provides leadership and vision for the continual growth of the consumer lending portfolio.
• Represent the bank in the local community.
• Must have an understanding of all federal, state rules and regulations governing the consumers' loan processes.
• Must possess the ability to work collaboratively. Willingness to accept responsibility and possess the ability to motivate and direct the activities of others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of Residential Mortgages and Consumer Loans.
