Background:

• 4+ years of experience with providing guidance on employee benefit plan issues arising under ERISA
• Familiarity with multiemployer benefit plans in many industries
• Understand applicable laws and regulations to navigate the rules for employee benefit plans
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Quality academic background
• Admitted in DC or able to waive in
