3+ years of commercial restoration, reconstruction, or construction estimating experience.
Strong construction knowledge, accurate scoping, and competitive pricing skills.
Experience with water, fire, storm, mold, and insurance reconstruction losses.
Ability to negotiate with adjusters, build relationships, and WIN profitable work.
Experience with Xactimate is a PLUS, NOT A DEALBREAKER!
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
