Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation
A respected Boca Raton law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join its office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain strong hands-on litigation experience while working in a collaborative environment that values mentorship, growth, and long-term development.
The firm handles a broad range of civil litigation matters and is seeking a motivated attorney who is eager to learn, contribute, and continue building their litigation skillset alongside experienced attorneys.
What You’ll Do
Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Assist with case strategy, legal research, and client communication
Work closely with senior attorneys in a supportive, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
Litigation experience preferred, but motivated junior attorneys are encouraged to apply
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
