HOA & Covenant Litigation Attorney

A well-established law firm is seeking aLitigation Attorney to join its HOA Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong litigator who enjoys handling substantive disputes, working directly with clients, and taking ownership of matters from inception through resolution. Prior HOA or community association experience is a plus, but not required for the right litigation attorney.

What You'll Do

  • Handle HOA, community association, and covenant-related litigation from inception through resolution
  • Handle disputes involving covenants, restrictions, declarations, assessments, and community association governance
  • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and other substantive legal documents
  • Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings
  • Develop case strategy and provide practical legal guidance to clients and community associations
  • Manage an active caseload while working closely with attorneys and support staff

What We're Looking For

  • Strong civil litigation experience; HOA or community association experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience with real estate, property, covenant, contract, or other related disputes is a plus
  • Ability to manage litigation matters independently and take ownership of cases
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Strong oral advocacy and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple matters, deadlines, and client relationships
  • Licensed and in good standing with the FL Bar
