Litigation Associate Attorney | Jacksonville, FL ( In-Office)

A well-established and respected Jacksonville law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 1+ year of experience to join its growing construction litigation team. Located in the Southern Jax, this firm has built a strong reputation representing contractors, developers, and businesses in construction-related disputes and complex litigation matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to gain hands-on experience in construction litigation within a supportive, team-oriented environment—without the pressure of a billable hour requirement.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in handling construction litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Support case strategy, client communication, and trial preparation
• Work closely with attorneys on a variety of construction-related disputes and claims

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
• 1+ year of litigation experience (construction experience a plus)
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a construction litigation practice
