Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation | Jacksonville, FL

A respected Jacksonville law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain meaningful hands-on litigation experience while working in a collaborative environment that prioritizes mentorship, professional development, and long-term growth.

The firm handles a variety of civil litigation matters and is looking for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and excited to build their litigation skillset alongside experienced attorneys.

What You’ll Do

• Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Assist with case strategy, legal research, and client communication
• Work closely with senior attorneys in a supportive, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
• Litigation experience preferred, but motivated junior attorneys are encouraged to apply
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
