Civil Litigation Associate Attorney | Miami, Florida

A well-established and highly respected Florida litigation firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with approximately 3–5 years of experience to join its Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience, sophisticated matters, strong mentorship, and long-term professional growth within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution and trial preparation
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and motion practice
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery, and settlement-related documents
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy
• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, and experts throughout the litigation process
• Assist with trial preparation and case management responsibilities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience handling depositions, hearings, mediations, and substantive motion practice
• Strong case management and organizational skills
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and research abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced litigation environment
• Florida Bar admission required
