A top South Florida law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate M&A Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate practice group in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated middle-market and large-scale transactions within a nationally recognized platform known for handling high-level corporate and private equity matters.

The firm represents a broad range of private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, public and private businesses, and institutional clients across a variety of industries. Attorneys in this group receive significant deal exposure, strong mentorship, and meaningful client interaction in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Handle mergers and acquisitions transactions from inception through closing
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary transaction documents
• Assist with due diligence, transaction structuring, and deal execution
• Work closely with private equity sponsors, business owners, and corporate clients on strategic transactions
• Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, tax, finance, and regulatory practice groups on complex deals

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Bar membership in good standing
• 3–5 years of Corporate M&A experience from an Am Law 150 firm
• Private equity transaction experience preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions in a fast-paced environment
