Job Title: Consumer Finance Litigation Attorney (2–15 Years Experience)
Location: Fully remote anywhere in Florida

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Consumer Finance Litigation Attorney with 2 to 15 years of relevant experience to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services litigation, including defending claims under the FDCPA, FCRA, RESPA, TILA, and related state consumer protection statutes.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent financial institutions in state and federal court litigation
Draft and argue motions, including motions to dismiss and for summary judgment
Manage discovery, including taking and defending depositions
Prepare for and participate in trials, mediations, and arbitrations
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members
Stay current on developments in consumer finance law and regulatory changes
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active FL bar membership in good standing
2–15 years of litigation experience, preferably in consumer financial services
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
