A nationally recognized and highly regarded law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its established Miami litigation practice. The firm represents major insurance carriers and corporate clients in complex, high-exposure matters, providing attorneys with meaningful responsibility, strong resources, and exposure to high-quality litigation work.

What You’ll Do

• Represent insurance carriers and insureds through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial
• Handle matters involving general liability, premises liability, professional liability, and bodily injury claims
• Develop litigation strategy, evaluate liability and damages exposure, and provide detailed reporting to clients and carriers
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with precision and professionalism
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on complex, high-value matters

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
• 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Experience handling general liability, premises liability, or bodily injury matters
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
