You'll support a team of top-tier attorneys handling complex commercial, civil, construction, and estate/trust litigation. This role is essential to trial prep, case organization, and high-level administrative and legal support.

πŸ›  Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and proof legal documents and court filings
  • Coordinate case files, deadlines, and attorney calendars
  • Maintain physical and digital records using iManage
  • Support trial preparation and court procedures
  • Manage billing, expenses, and time entry using Chrome River
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and internal teams
  • Utilize firm software including Microsoft Office, Intapp, and other platforms

βœ… What We're Looking For

  • 3–10 years of litigation legal assistant experience (mid-to-large law firm preferred)
  • Strong administrative and legal support skills
  • Organized and able to juggle multiple high-priority tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Discreet, reliable, and professional in all interactions
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Notary Public a plus
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed

  • Full-time, in-office role – 5 days/week
  • Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000, depending on experience
  • Work directly with attorneys on complex litigation matters
