A well-established law firm in Naples is looking to add an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 7+ years of experience. This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants to work on sophisticated commercial real estate matters while developing strong client relationships and taking meaningful ownership of their work.
What You'll Do
- Handle a broad range of commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
- Represent developers, investors, business owners, lenders, and other clients in sophisticated real estate matters
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, easements, and other real estate documents
- Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, title, zoning, and related real estate issues
- Conduct due diligence and identify and address potential legal and business risks
- Work directly with clients and other professionals to structure and close complex transactions
- Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on related corporate, business, and transactional matters
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Strong experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to independently manage matters and communicate directly with clients
- Strong business judgment and practical approach to client service
- Florida Bar admission required
